Geo:dir (tag)

From SnapMap

Jump to: navigation, search

geo:dir=<heading> is the simplest way to specify the direction the camera was pointing when it took a photo. It is measured in degrees clockwise from true north, like headings in navigation. Thus, the tag geo:dir=90 means pointing due east.

Behaviour with values < 0 or >= 360 is not defined in SnapMap.

The name geo:dir is also used in Flickr and other places.
