Time (tag)

time=<time> is how to specify the time a photo was taken, without using a full datetime (tag).

If you see a clock in a photo, you might as well tag it with the time!

The 24-hour clock is used, with a colon separator and optional seconds.

Vague times

• Should minutes be optional too?
• Should vague times like time=afternoon be allowed? Surely yes.
• What about time=sunset or time=dawn? In folk terms that is a time too, and the actual time can be approximated if we know latitude and date.
